The room we stayed in was really spacious and had been recently renovated, offering amazing views. the sheets were super cozy, and we even had a balcony 🌄. the restaurant here was great, serving up delicious French food.

ideal and magnificent location to slopes, exclusive atmosphere. based so close to chatel, super chatel or lake vonne, and the centre. comfortable bed in a well-equipped room. fabulous and good food.

Lovely welcoming hotel with ENTHUSIASTIC personnel and stunning view of the valley. Location - good and perfect just off the Chatel valley. Also, in the mountains. Great breakfast, with variety of food.

The bed in my twin room was very comfortable. the location of the hotel is great, right by the slopes. - I stumbled upon the nice L'oxxy Peak, which was just a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Friendly staff, helpful service when someone fell ill. Offered late checkout. Jacuzzi and pool area clean. Large, clean room with dressing gowns, slippers, coffee facilities, and comfy beds. Amazing breakfast with great views. Fantastic location with easy access to Swiss frontier and mountain walking.

This place is perfectly located within walking distance from Lac de Vonnes, which is fantastic.

This hotel offers exceptional value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and stunning views over the valley. The staff provides excellent service, and the rooms, complete with dressing gowns and a bath, are delightful. The breakfast options are also impressive.

We had a wonderful stay at Fleur De Neige. Our room had a beautiful view of the valley and a spacious balcony. The breakfast selection was good, although it would have been nice if they had refilled the pastries and croissants for our group of six, as we were told we could arrive until 10am. The location was excellent, with easy access to the ski bus. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was excellent, offering one of the best meals we had in Chatel. The rooms and the rest of the hotel were very clean, and the ski room was safe and heated. We will definitely consider returning next year.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful mountain village and offers stunning views. the staff is attentive and willing to help. Rooms are warm and clean and breakfast is delicious.

Buying lift passes through the hotel proved to be more expensive than buying directly, causing us to miss out on discounts. requesting basic amenities like milk for coffee/tea making had to be done separately, which was inconvenient.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is stunning, with rooms that have excellent views down the valley. The staff provides excellent service and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast is delicious and satisfying.

All was perfect, no complaints whatsoever.
